Planetary Gearboxes - Output Shaft
Sesame Motor has engaged in offering excellent quality planetary gearboxes, gearheads and gear reducers to our valuable clients for almost 30 years. Multiple designs, models, performance levels and customized motor brackets to offer different ranges of power transmission solutions. Precision gear design and processing incorporate one-piece planet gear carrier and output shaft to provide higher radial load, increased service life and low backlash.
Planetary Gearboxes - Right Angle
The PUR series of output shaft right angle helical gearbox provide a wide range of performance levels to high positioning accuracy and motion control applications, particularly when high precision and high torsional rigidity are required. Frame sizes 60-220 mm with the best level of backlash ≦ 2 arcmin. Taper roller bearings with maximum radial load capacity up to 27800 N, and axial load capacity up to 16200 N. The PUR is specially well suited to work with pinion and rack for linear operation. Commonly adapted in metal cutting machines, wood processing equipment, machine centers and highly dynamic motion control systems. Inline configuration (PUL series) is also available with max. frame size 220 mm.
Planetary Gearboxes - Output Flange
PHF rotary flange planetary gearheads conform to ISO 9409 robotic flange standards, provide wide range of performance levels to satisfy industry motion control application requirements. Maximum frame size 255 mm with high output torque, high loading capacity and low noise features. The best backlash 1 arcmin to offer precise positioning and high dynamic motion control performances. Taper roller bearings with bending moment load capacity up to 21850 N, and axial load capacities up to 6080 N.
Spiral Bevel Gearboxes
Sesame servo spiral bevel speed reducers (gearboxes) are ideal for use in applications that require high dynamic motion control. Compact and rigid ductile iron casting gearbox design ensure good performance with space and weight efficient at the same time. Low noise, low vibration, lubricated for life and IP65 sealing benefit virtually maintenance-free operation for 20,000 hours. They are provided in seven sizes with flange or shaft inputs/outputs. Servo motor input speed up to 8,000 rpm. Multi flange or shaft outputs in standard backlash less than 6 arc-minutes. Maximum gear ratio 500:1, maximum frame size 210 mm. A wide range of motor adapter are available for installation to virtually all servo motors.

Torque Motors
Torque motors are designed to provide high starting torque and stable operation, especially in the low speed range or under a locked rotor condition. The torque is highest at zero speed and decreases steadily with increasing speed to keep motor and loading balanced. Motor rotation speed change is available by adjusting supply voltage when loading torque is constant.
